Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver our products to you via Aramex Australia or Australia Post. We do our best to pack your order up in a timely manner, please note that occasionally our products may need re-stocking , adding a couple of days onto the delivery time frame. Allow approx. 2 – 5 working days for delivery to most capital cities and 5 – 10 days for regional areas, however this will take longer in peak periods.
Delivery on any 6 pack of wine is free for our Wine Club Family, for all others, costs are determined depending on delivery location.
Return & Refund Policy:
If you believe that something is wrong with the wine you’ve received, please contact us at info@gemelliestate.com.au and we will determine the best course of action together.
